With the support of the Directorate General for the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf (DG MENA), the European regional communication programme EU Neighbours South is launching the 3rd edition of “Speak Up Cartoons!”, a comic book featuring works by artists from Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria and Tunisia.
Who can take part?
Participation is free and open to amateur and professional artists aged 18 and over.
If you are a creative and talented cartoonist, illustrator or comic artist from the Southern Neighbourhood, this is your chance to turn inspiring EU-funded success stories into impactful comics, amplify voices in the region and be part of a creative journey that makes a difference.
